There are large holes in the upper part of the gas-liquid separator on the anode surface of the Beihua Machine Tank Frame used in our factory – what causes this?
Is there any leakage in the membrane? Let’s check again to see if the chlorate level is too high; the problems we encounter with the tanks from Beihua Machinery aren’t that severe! !
Is the gas-liquid separator of your electrolyzer made of titanium metal? If it is a metal separator, it might be due to poor system grounding.
There are issues with the quality of the gaskets, and the anti-corrosion coating on the anode sealing surface is not properly applied
1. Poor processing accuracy. 2. High chlorate levels, resulting in reduced membrane performance. 3. Electrochemical corrosion.
