In accordance with the regulations, for the loading and unloading of Class A hazardous materials, the transfer arms must be equipped with emergency isolation valves (used for loading liquefied gases, propylene, and other Class A chemicals onto ships). Who has used it? Please recommend it.
Among those I’ve seen, Tianbang is the cheapest, but it has the most problems； Guanzhuo is a bit better; it’s acceptable.
It’s definitely for collecting evidence; it’s not needed in everyday use, and it’s not very useful either
There is a ball valve of equal diameter on the connection line between the oil transfer arm and the ship’s manifold, which is controlled by a dedicated hydraulic system. In the event of an emergency disconnection, when the oil transfer arm is forced to separate, the hydraulic system activates to close the ball valve on the arm, preventing the fluid on the shore side from leaking out.
