PAC pipeline blocked

The facility uses PAC polyaluminum in the pretreatment process; the general flow involves a larger storage tank from which the substance flows by gravity to the chemical storage tank, and from there it is delivered to the pretreatment tank via a metering pump. Currently, blockages often occur in the pipelines from the storage tanks to the medication cabinets; it appears that this is caused by the deposition of medication. Additionally, the numerous bends in these pipelines make clearing them a very troublesome task. The frequency of use is roughly once a day, involving transferring the substance from the storage tank to the medication box; over time, this leads to blockages. In my opinion, adding slip knots or valves that are easy to remove to the curved pipes would make things at least easier when trying to clear them. Do anyone have any better suggestions?
We added a rinsing water pipeline that leads to the drain at the outlet.
It is necessary to add fittings that are easy to remove; otherwise, how can it be taken apart for cleaning?
