Eligibility requirements for the Level 2 Constructor exam

I have a degree in chemical engineering and work at an oil refinery; it’s not an enterprise involved in construction project management. Can I apply for the Level 2 Constructor exam? Does the nature of the workplace restrict people?
It should be possible to apply; some of the people I know have taken the exam. What’s the difference between the second-level and first-level construction engineer qualifications? Isn’t it better to apply directly for the first-level qualification?
Some people take the first-level construction engineer exam directly; after all, the second-level exam is a bit easier to pass. Take it for a try first
Sure, if your original employer places too many restrictions, you can go to an external agency to handle the registration on your behalf, using the agency’s credentials and company name, etc. The cost should not be too high.
