Treatment and application of alkylated waste acid

With the generation of waste sulfuric acid, the common methods for dealing with it include pyrolysis and incineration, as well as purification, cleaning, and conversion absorption; these processes are energy-intensive. Some manufacturers also produce magnesium sulfate and sulfuric acid; these products have a significant impact on both the environment and odor levels. At present, we are researching a process for producing cement from waste sulfuric acid, with on-site treatment of alkylated waste acid requiring less space and generating lower energy consumption. There is zero pollution and zero emissions at all stages, and the treatment costs are moderate.
Could you give a brief introduction to your manufacturing process? Due to its high organic content, alkylation waste acid can still be processed using pyrolysis regeneration techniques at an acceptable cost. As for cement production: there are many unknown toxic and harmful components in waste acid; previously, attempts to use it in fertilizer production were also halted. These toxic substances accumulate in the soil, and their effects on humans are long-term; therefore, using this waste acid for cement production is not a viable solution. Indeed, some manufacturers do use waste acid to produce cement, but in very small quantities. Selling such cement poses significant problems, unless these toxic substances can be removed. Additionally, zero pollution and zero emissions are something I think is unattainable; if the original poster does have good technologies, they can share them with everyone
