How should steam pipes be handled when passing through expansion joints?

Add metal bellows on both sides? Should a square compensator be installed at the expansion joint? If anyone has done this, please give some advice~
It mainly refers to the methods for dealing with settlement joints
The square compensator is the simplest solution; if a bellows is used, it must be placed between the columns on either side of the settlement joint, with fixing frames installed on those two columns. In practical applications, the distance between settlement joints is usually insufficient to accommodate bellows.
