Looking for a slurry metering pump with a flow rate of 100 ml to 2000 ml/h, a solid particle content of 1.5 wt%, and solid particles with a size of 100–150 μm; the pump should be able to operate continuously for 24 hours. Please suggest some options, with imported pumps preferred. Thank you!
What are the main components of the slurry, and what is the temperature? Is the flow rate you provided in ml/min or ml/h?
Can a metering pump be used with particles? And your data usage isn’t high either? It gets clogged more easily. I once saw a type of pump similar to a pipeline pump that could meet your requirements; I’ve forgotten about it. I’m sorry. Please search for it online carefully: lol
Is your flow rate measured in minutes or hours? What exactly is the slurry used, and what is the temperature? I do have imported ones available here
A peristaltic pump can be used. Peristaltic pumps produced domestically are also very useful. It’s not very practical to use diaphragm and plunger metering pumps with solids. Import and export valves tend to leak or wear out severely.
Based on the parameter conditions you mentioned – low flow rate and many particles – a metering pump is not very suitable as it is prone to clogging

Thank you very much for your reply. The components of the slurry are organic chemical raw materials, and its viscosity is not high; it is similar to diesel. The temperature should be maintained between 30°C and 50°C.
