Is it unrelated to professional titles after passing the safety engineer exam?

It has been 8 years since I graduated from undergraduate school; I passed the safety engineer certification exam in 2015. I want to apply for a professional title in 2016 – does this safety engineer certification help with that? Does one still have to start by being an assistant engineer? Please give me some advice, dear friends
It’s not a system; the registration certificate is merely a professional qualification certificate, which is certainly useful, but it isn’t linked to professional titles

I haven’t applied for a professional title yet; I’ll do it once I get the certificate~
I only know about intermediate professional titles; one has to take exams in professional English, computer skills, and so on. Wait. Only then can it be evaluated……
