Opening in the manway cover of the spherical tank

The company has newly installed 2 spherical tanks with a capacity of 3,000 cubic meters each. Is it possible to create an opening in the manhole cover of these spherical tanks?

Generally, it is not possible, as it does not meet the relevant regulatory requirements. For three types of pressure vessels such as spherical tanks, it is best to provide openings separately.
