How to select segments for EVA polymerization using Polymer Plus

Since I am just learning to use Polymer Plus for polymerization reactions, I’m not sure how to choose the fragments for EVA polymerization; I would appreciate some guidance. Thank you. I’m not sure whether to choose C2H4-R and C4H6O-03-R, but I don’t know how to combine the two segments together Is the EVA polymerization process a Ziegler-Natta reaction or a radical reaction?
