What does interval mean? How to adjust it?
Adjust the cycle; it is generally once a year, and every six months for important occasions. As a weighing device, a standard belt scale requires 2 chain links, a tape measure, and a stopwatch for calibration. Set the frequency converter to operate at a manually set frequency (as close as possible to the normal operating speed of the feeder). Measure the time it takes to complete 10 revolutions (the belt of a feeder is usually short; if the belt is longer, the number of revolutions used for measurement can be reduced). Then enter the length of the belt per revolution, the time taken, and the weight of the chain weight into the converter to perform zero calibration. After that, place the chain weight on the scale (try to position it in the middle, ensuring that it makes contact with the weighing surface) in order to carry out range calibration. After completion, run it again with small consecutive codes to check the linearity; if the linearity is poor, corrective linear interpolation can be applied. Different converters operate in different ways, but the principle is the same.
