Dear teachers, I’m having trouble opening the photos that my child sent and which were downloaded to my computer. What could be the reason?
Why can’t I access the Internet wirelessly on my computer? (The network is fine.)

There are many reasons for this. What message appears when you double-click on the image? Take a screenshot and upload it
Laptop or desktop? Is wireless not turned on?
Check the format of the photo; you need to download the appropriate software from the internet before opening it.
The router is frozen; it may recover after being restarted~~~
After downloading, it cannot be opened – it’s because you’re using software that isn’t compatible with this image format, or the software simply doesn’t support it
