I have also worked on shell furnaces; I haven’t heard of P1403 mentioned before – I only know about the slag pool circulation pump and the lockhopper circulation pump. I’m not sure if the P1403 you mentioned is used in the slag bin of the slag skimmer. If so, it is likely due to an excessively short settling time after slag separation, or a change in the type of coal that results in an excessive amount of slag. The tripping of the slag skimmer has no direct connection with the furnace temperature; generally, an increase in the size of the slag lumps or an increase in the amount of slag is what causes the current flowing through the slag skimmer to become excessive and lead to its tripping.
Bro, we just finished dealing with it on site the day before yesterday; all that’s left to do is clean out the silt from chamber T1401.

The pump referred to by the poster is the sludge pool pump of the slag skimmer; this pump tends to get clogged when not operated properly. When I was driving the machine originally, there were also traffic jams; the most effective solution turned out to be: keeping the liquid level low during slag discharge, waiting at least 5 to 10 minutes after that, and then opening the overflow valve when the current drawn by the slag removal mechanism was low. The finer slag in the slag skimmer tends to stick to the scraper, so it is necessary to wash the scraper regularly.
Agree with what was said above: the startup time for 14XV0020A/B should be after it is connected to the network. Additionally, careful attention must be paid to the selection and installation height of the filters on both the sludge side and the clean water side of T1401.
