Is each workshop responsible for a certain section, or is it divided according to the process? Is it related to the manufacturing process? Which workshop is responsible for the pipelines used, and which workshop is in charge of matters related to hygiene? Responsibilities are divided accordingly. . . . This peripheral conduit is really a pain in the neck. . . I wonder if there is a better and fairer way to divide it. . .
Who is responsible for dividing the company’s areas? Who is in charge of managing and maintaining the public utility tunnels?
How are things like heat tracing classified?
This is our territorial management approach. In other words, I’m in charge of my own territory. :lol
Whoever uses it is responsible for it. Especially for material pipelines, it is not possible to use one pipeline from a workshop and assign it to many other workshops. Additionally, the utility pipelines are classified as utility pipes. If the scope is broad, it can be assigned to the management of the workshop where it is located. Scheduling coordinates this process.
Regarding the division of cleaning areas, within our company’s factory premises, the Production Department is responsible for that task; it then arranges for each processing stage to be cleaned itself. It’s all taken care of by the Production Department!

We are a newly established project that has not yet started operations. However, according to the director and other supervisors, the responsibility for external pipe corridors is determined by the unit from which the pipelines originate; that unit is responsible for managing those pipelines all the way to the boundary of the workshop where they are received. In other words, the party that supplies the medium is responsible for ensuring it reaches the user’s location.
Our company’s pipeline management follows the \"delivery-based\" principle, with the pipeline delivery unit being responsible for delivering it to the customer’s site； The pipelines within the user interface are the responsibility of the user ； The utility ductwork is managed by a separate \"steam plant\" ； The main control room is responsible for assigning tasks, while each branch plant follows the instructions from the main control room to resolve any disputed issues.
The external utility pipelines are handled by a dedicated workshop. The material pipeline operates on a delivery system: the person who delivers the material is responsible for bringing it to the other party’s boundary area.
