The wastewater temperature is 60–70 degrees; it contains sodium chloride and about 12% sodium sulfate, with a pH of around 8. The volume of wastewater generated per day is approximately 70 tons. What kind of pipes should be used for transporting this wastewater? Stainless steel pipes were rejected by the manager, who preferred a more cost-effective solution
2205 should work; it’s cheaper than titanium, but you need to prevent corrosion
Stainless steel was rejected, so surely 2205 is even less desirable to use. The price of carbon steel-lined PTFE should be lower, right?
It is recommended to use pipes with a steel lining and PTFE coating, as they are reliable and not too expensive. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic pipes can also be used; their price is slightly lower compared to those with PTFE coatings.
The transmission distance is related to the head pressure; simply using glass fiber pipes will suffice.
Fiberglass reinforced plastic with PTFE lining, or steel lined with PP is also acceptable.

PP pipes are pretty fine; they can handle 70 degrees without any problems. I’ve used them before. If you’re worried, go with fiberglass
