Recently, the management went on an inspection and said that after the conversion process, instead of using an absorption tower, an absorption tower has been installed in the converter to produce 115% acid. Does anyone know anything about this? I would like to understand the process flow; it would be even better if there are process diagrams available

To produce acid at over 105% concentration, a pressurized process is required; this approach is not feasible in theory or in practice
I guess a portion of the sulfur trioxide is separated out to be used as acid 115; the sulfur trioxide that is condensed is then absorbed by an absorption tower, after which the gas returns to the system. I’ve heard of this
