Questions regarding the use of safety belts for workers weighing over 100 kg when working at heights

Hello everyone. The current national standards for safety belts apply to workers whose weight does not exceed 100 kg. However, several of our employees weigh more than 200 kg, and their jobs require them to work at heights. I asked several major belt manufacturers; MSA and Honeywell both said they could not provide belts with a load-bearing capacity of over 100 kg. I wonder if anyone here has encountered similar problems in the process of security management, and how were they resolved? Isn’t there any seat belt that can bear a load of over 100 kg? Or can we only have the employees change roles?
Over 100 kg, it is relatively inflexible – isn’t the risk of working at heights even higher?

Those who weigh over 100 kilograms are indeed not suitable for work at heights; they lack agility, find it difficult to climb heights, and are involved in higher risks. Hehe, it’s recommended that they be reassigned to another role
