What does F-No. of the welding material in a pressure vessel WPS mean? Since both F-NO and A-NO need to be satisfied, and A-NO is defined in terms of its chemical composition, it should be sufficient if A-NO meets the requirements; isn’t this the principle of welding science? So no F-NO is needed?
