Anti-corrosion in wastewater tanks

Our department has a wastewater tank whose water temperature is around 60 degrees; the water contains trace amounts of ammonia, at about 20 ppm. It has been in use for half a year, and severe rusting has occurred inside it. We are now planning to apply internal anti-corrosion measures and are wondering which anti-corrosion method would be suitable. In addition, heat exchangers are installed outside the tank to prevent freezing.
After sandblasting, a polymer protective coating is applied to the surface. First, the inner surface is repaired using a polymer repair material to ensure it is smooth and free of pits, after which the coating is applied for long-lasting protection.

Thank you all. Later, it was sandblasted and four layers of epoxy resin were applied; it has been in use for a few years now, and so far no rusting has been observed.
