Our sewage treatment facility was established under the BT model (Build-Transfer model). According to the contract and technical agreement signed between us (the project owner) and the constructor, the selection of the equipment manufacturer must be approved by us. How can we verify the constructor’s choice of equipment manufacturer?
It was selected based on the equipment list from the design drawings; it is necessary to reselect and review the price.
