Please share your thoughts with each other: if special equipment needs to be taken out of service, can the company issue a notice of suspension on its own? Also, can managers who do not hold a special equipment management certificate approve the shutdown of special equipment? ? ?

Our company issues a certificate and then submits it to the Quality Supervision Bureau for registration； Since the Quality Supervision Bureau keeps records, you will still be checked when it’s time for an inspection. Next time I want to use it, I still need to go to the Quality Supervision Bureau :)
Actions such as disabling, suspending inspections, enabling, and conducting inspections must all be reported; without the proper procedures, no approval is valid.
