I have a question for everyone: We have a powdered catalyst that is added to two organic liquids to facilitate a catalytic reaction. The reaction is carried out in a reactor: the reaction temperature is 280 degrees, the pressure is 5.0 MPa, and after 3.0 hours of reaction, the liquid product is removed from the reactor. The question is how to filter out the powdered catalyst? It also needs to be filtered while hot. Is the filtration temperature 200 degrees? Since the catalyst is used once, it is not applicable. So I would like to ask everyone: How is this filtration step carried out in industry? What filtering equipment should be used? Please let those who know share their thoughts.
Forgot to mention: the catalyst particle size is 150 mesh.

The membrane is made of sintered stainless steel, offering good strength and heat resistance; it can be used for filtration while still hot, and it works fine in any environment that is not highly acidic or containing high levels of chlorine. Membrane filters and stainless steel sintered filter elements are essentially the same thing; those with small pores are called membrane filters, while those with larger pores are called filter elements. Currently, over half of the caprolactam manufacturers in China use this company’s filters; it is also a slurry system, with catalysts having a particle size of 200 to 500 mesh.
