I’m seeking advice from experts: there is a leak in the tube bundle of the inter-stage water cooler in my plant. The workshop has suggested using a cooler of the original model, and I want to replace it without shutting down the plant. Does anyone have a similar solution? Or are there any good suggestions for replacing the cooler? Thank you! !
Following the procedures for handling compressor failures, the processing volume is reduced, the compressor is shut down, and a flare is used to control the reaction pressure. The crude gasoline that does not meet the quality standards is sent for disposal, while diesel is discharged from the plant as normal. After removal, the press should promptly replace it with a blind flange and overhaul the entire tube bundle.
It is necessary to see if the flare gas can be fully recovered in the gas holder; otherwise, there will be significant environmental pressures, and the environmental protection authorities will definitely not approve of continuous flare emissions.
