The booster end of the expander has 5 settings for its opening degree. Over the past couple of days, I’ve heard what seems to be the sound of valves not closing properly, resulting in air leakage; this happens intermittently, and it occurs at all of the 5 to 9 opening degrees. Please help resolve this issue
When the valve is opened to a small degree, throttling is significant, which results in abnormal noises from the airflow; try opening it more or closing it completely.
Control mode at the pressure-boosting end? Constant pressure? You can try setting a high outlet pressure and keeping the return valve at the pressurization side fully closed~~
Is it possible that the backflow block at the pressure-boosting end is clogged?
It’s unlikely. I turned it on a little again yesterday, and there was no sound. In the past I’ve encountered situations where the valve didn’t close properly, resulting in noise due to air leakage; this time, noise occurred when the pressure recovery mechanism was activated – it’s the first time I’ve faced this issue
