Dear colleagues, I am from Xuzhou, Jiangsu. I graduated from a school in Nanjing in 2008 and worked as a teacher in Datou County, Anhui. My student records should have been registered there under an employer’s affiliation. After resigning at the beginning of 2009, those records were not dealt with, and I spent two years wandering around before returning to work at a company in Xuzhou. In 2014, I moved to Ningbo. Now I need to apply for a professional title as a teaching assistant, and my records are required for that purpose. Does anyone know how to go about this?

If you graduate and have an employer, it will be sent to your employer (one that has the capability to keep records),; if not, it is generally sent back to the archives office in your place of household registration. Look for it; you’ll find it eventually
First, you need to decide whether, upon graduation, your employment record should be kept at the school for 2 years or sent back to the local talent market in your hometown (at the county level). Secondly, small companies generally do not require such records. For your first job, did they ask for your employment record to be sent to their office?
