In the pressure vessel design procedure, there is an application for the use of a design approval stamp. Who should be this applicant? Designers? Still an auditor? Or the approver?
It should be the person who distributes the templates, such as a file manager.
I used to fill in my own information when working on designs. . .
This varies from organization to organization; in some cases it is the project manager, and in others it is the person in charge of the equipment room.
Who exactly it is should depend on how your organization’s system is structured.
