Flow measurement of supercritical CO2

There was a post in the forum earlier asking about the measurement of supercritical CO2, and no definitive answer was given. I would like to ask again: which type of flow meter should be used for supercritical CO2 to ensure accurate measurement?
If more accurate measurement is required, I think using a mass flow meter might be a better choice. Since it is used to measure supercritical fluids, changes in conditions (temperature and pressure) may cause the fluid to deviate from its supercritical state and enter a mixed-phase state, making it difficult for other flow meters to measure such flows. Some mass flow meters, however, can handle a certain proportion of mixed-phase flow.
