Today I ate grilled grass carp across from my workplace; it was absolutely delicious, with ingredients such as white radish, onion, ginger, green onions, tofu, chili peppers, celery, and cilantro. Rich in flavor and bright in color. It’s available on Meituan as well, but I wonder if it will still taste as good if it’s no longer hot.
Is it in Chongqing? I remember there are many fish-grilling streets in Chongqing!
