Leakage of fluorine in the Donhambusch freezer

A fully enclosed Dunham Bush refrigerator that had been in use for 10 years experienced a leak of Freon after being shut down for one or two months. Upon conducting a leak detection, it was found that Freon was leaking from the compressor’s wiring box. How should this be handled?
Perform welding, then use a vacuum machine for leak testing, and finally fill it with fluorine.
For the junction box, only the electrode posts can be replaced, followed by vacuuming and fluorine charging
