Just purge air is enough; is it not a waste of money to use nitrogen as well?
If it is necessary to nitrogen-seal or inert the pipeline later, air can be blown through first, followed by the introduction of nitrogen, with subsequent testing.
It can be purged with either air or nitrogen, but nitrogen must be used for the final displacement. It’s better to simply use nitrogen for purging
Dry with air; once the dew point of the pipeline is found to be within acceptable limits, it can be sealed. If nitrogen sealing is required, nitrogen should be used for filling
After the air purging is complete, if nitrogen sealing is required, use nitrogen for purging to save costs
Just drain the water; cleaning should mainly be done using steam. Ordinary pipelines don’t have very high requirements regarding water, while for areas where reactions take place and higher standards are required, air or nitrogen can be used for cleaning
Blow it with air first, and then use nitrogen for the airtight replacement.
