The 23 flushing program is suitable for high-temperature conditions, such as cleaning non-polymerizing fluids like thermal hydrocarbons, boiler feedwater, and hot water at temperatures above 180°F (80°C). Its purpose is to cool the self-flushing fluid for the mechanical seal, expand the vaporization threshold range of the fluid, and thereby achieve better self-flushing and lubrication effects for the mechanical seal.
It is used to cool the medium inside the mechanical seal. If the temperature is too high, the liquid film will evaporate, causing the mechanical seal to dry out and burn out
