I saw a design specification in which the geographical location was described as follows: The construction site for this project is located at xx° east longitude and 110° north latitude. I did the calculations: the Arctic is at 90° north latitude, and 110° north latitude is roughly behind the North Star. How is this project supposed to be carried out? ;P
When things reach an extreme, the opposite occurs; negative plus negative equals positive – it depends on relativity. 110 degrees north latitude is equivalent to 20 degrees south latitude.

The actual situation is that the construction site for this project is located at xx° north latitude and 110° east longitude. I don’t know which guy made a mistake while copying it; from the feasibility study stage onward, this passage was cited repeatedly, yet it wasn’t noticed even in the preliminary design documents or in the dedicated sections. Finally, the project is built in space, haha. It has also received recognition from **departments at all levels. What an ambitious goal to conquer the universe. ;P

I’ve seen patents and journals; after studying them closely, I found that there are still some quite obvious errors in them! Including things like the application for new construction methods, in the government’s novelty search efforts, everything is basically new; old ones cannot be found.

20° south latitude – I’m not sure which expert answered this; does anyone have any knowledge of geography? This project is so careless in its approach that it’s likely to fail
