Dear sea friends, I need help with issues related to screw pumps! Currently, two new screw pumps installed in the unit are experiencing flow rate issues. Specifically, they can achieve their rated flow rate at low back pressure (0.05–0.1 MPa); however, as the back pressure increases, the flow rate drops rapidly. When the outlet pressure reaches 0.3 MPa, the maximum flow rate is only 35 cubic meters, whereas the pump’s rated flow rate is 50 m3.
