Explanation of flange marking content

The pipe flange is printed with “HG/T20592-09 N14Y4-19S16 SO-50-16 RF 20II”; some characters are not clearly printed and may be incorrect. As I understand it, this is a DN50 PN16 SO flange with an RF sealing surface, made of grade 20 steel. The design standard is HG/T20592, version 09, with European-style flanges. I don’t know what the red coloring means; can someone explain it? Thank you!
Guess: 1. The identification code of this flange, material number, etc. 2. The production batch number of this batch of flanges. . .
SO flanges with neck for butt welding, N14Y4-19S16 – not specified in the standards
I guess that’s the manufacturer’s own serial number or some other code
Note that the material is forged steel grade 20; everything else is understood correctly. N14Y4-19S16 is likely a serial number assigned by the manufacturer or some other type of identifier
Most are furnace batch numbers, or production batch numbers
