Colleagues! I would like to ask: for a coking plant with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons, what is the appropriate staffing level for the maintenance, electrical, and instrumentation departments?
I estimate that if everything is done by ourselves, the total number of people needed for mechanical work, electrical tasks, and instrumentation should not exceed 140–150
48 operators, 40 maintenance workers, 8 electrical technicians, 8 instrument technicians, and 10 others. A total of 134 people
Our total workforce for 100W coking is less than 80 people
Are there so few of you? Is our company currently composed of 50 people in total, including those in the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation fields? We’re all so busy – how do you guys manage to do it?
I would like to ask everyone: how does your company deal with the corrosion and wear caused by ammonia water and coke on equipment? Our company uses ammonia water to directly quench coke! There is an extremely high volume of equipment repairs!
