Has there been any change in the pressure difference of the system? The tube side of the water cooler might have wax buildup!

Here, when there is no wax formation, the temperature of the circulating air at the outlet of the water cooler is at least in the 30s degrees; as time goes by, this temperature gradually rises to over 50 degrees. Wax needs to be heated online regularly. Does the temperature rise as soon as you start the vehicle? If the temperature rises as soon as the vehicle starts running, it’s likely that the heat exchange area is too small.

Could you tell me about your flow rate? What are the temperatures of the gas entering and leaving the system? What is the designed heat exchange area? What is the temperature of the inlet water, and what about the outlet water? What is the diameter of the pipes? Is there any leakage in the bypass valve? If the outlet water temperature is high and the bypass valve isn’t leaking, then it’s likely that the heat exchange area is too small; try lowering the water temperature
