Fluid viscosity measurement problem

I would like to ask the experts: where in Hunan can fluid viscosity testing be carried out? ?? Specifically, it has good fluidity at a temperature of 100 degrees; as the temperature drops, its fluidity decreases and its viscosity gradually increases, to the point where it can hardly flow at around 20 degrees. I would like to measure the viscosity values at temperatures ranging from 100 to 20 degrees. I’m not sure where in the vicinity of Hunan such testing can be carried out; I would appreciate advice from experts.
The central laboratory of Yueyang Petrochemical in Hunan is certainly capable of analyzing such samples.
