How can the stress in the pipes connected to the pump be eliminated? Should a blacksmith do it or a plumber? What is the specific method?
The plumber will handle it; provide proper support, and if that doesn’t work, reconfigure the piping.
Go ahead and add a flexible connection or expansion joint to eliminate it completely. It’s uncertain what kind of result will be achieved if you hire an amateur plumber.
If the pipe is long, just make a few bends; if it’s short, use supports or the methods mentioned above – expansion joints or flexible connections will work as well :)
