Help: How to adjust the pilot valve base adjustment screw, the manual/auto screw, and the nozzle of the Y-1000R pneumatic valve actuator? What are the recommended steps? On-site, the pilot valve keeps releasing a large amount of air; even when set at 4mA, no air is released. When trying to adjust it to any position, it fails to close and continues to release air. Sometimes it can be adjusted significantly but not precisely, and in such cases it doesn’t function at all. I seek advice from the experts. . . . .
Set the zero point, set the range, set 50%. Don’t rush when making adjustments
None of these are problems; the key issue is that the pilot valve inside releases a large amount of air, and its adjustment precision is low. Even after replacing it with a new one, it still doesn’t function properly

Which manufacturer? Yongtai in South Korea? Wuzhong, Ningxia? Changshu instruments? KOSO? Still Shanghai Ziyi?
