Dear forum members, I have been graduated for over three years now and have been working in hydrogenation units as an operator. To be honest, my skills are average. I want to change my career to industrial design, but I don’t know how to go about it! I hope my friends can give me some advice! Thank you!~~

Find a contractor’s firm and start by taking on jobs as a driver or on-site representative; or else find a small firm to get your feet in the door
