To create a product inspection sheet, including both a table and CAD drawings, how can it be done better?

Is it better to first draw the diagram in CAD and then insert it into a table in Word, or to import a table created in Word into CAD before placing the diagram within a drawing frame? Or perhaps it’s better to create the table directly in CAD.
Isn’t there multi-line text editing in CAD? Enter the desired content, then press Enter to move to the next line and exit. Check the result; if it works, expand the “multi-line text” so that it becomes multiple single-line texts with uniform spacing.
CAD and EXCEL can interact with each other; it’s best to use EXCEL for tables, and enhanced attribute blocks can also be used
Use Office for typing text and CAD for drawing; just insert CAD into Office. To make changes to the drawings, simply edit them in CAD.
