Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, at the bachelor’s level or above； 2. Professionals from chemical/petroleum enterprises, environmental protection research institutions, or engineering companies, with at least five years of experience in wastewater treatment process management or research and development.
