Guidelines have been established for the following violations; all participants in this task are expected to follow them:Violation 1: Recommendations for floors made by members who registered after November 30, 2015. Action: Mark such recommendations as “invalid”.
Violation 2: Missing one or two of the three elements – “account name”, “UID number”, and “reason for recommendation”. Action: Mark such recommendations as “Please complete ***”.
Violation 3: Recommending a floor again after already having posted a recommendation for it. Action: Mark such recommendations as “Invalid; please do not recommend repeatedly”.
Violation 4: Recommending more than one person for a floor when the specified number is not met. Action: Mark such recommendations as “You can only recommend 1 person; please remove * extra recommendations”.
Violation 5: Replies that are not related to recommendations. Action: Mark such replies as “Please reply with a recommendation as required”.
Violation 6: Note: If any of the above violations occur twice or more, that floor will have 3 points deducted according to the rules； 2. Non-malicious consecutive floor replies do not need to be deleted. 3. Once the recommendation phase is complete, any floor that has been reviewed but no changes have been made to it will be considered an invalid floor. (If the number of characters for the recommendation reason is insufficient, it will be determined whether this is invalid; further discussion will be held.) 4. Multiple replies (comments) on the recommendation post result in automatic deductions from the account balance; the deductions related to excessive comments will be compensated in the monthly salary.
