What does a demulsifier tank for acidic water stripping look like?

Looking at the structural diagram, there are so many nozzles; it’s hard to understand. . Could someone please upload a photo of the actual product? O(∩_∩)O Thank you
It should be a pressure vessel at normal pressure; a certain reserve volume needs to be taken into account, and it’s not clear whether air isolation is required. Demulsifiers arrive at the factory in barrels; they can be added from these barrels, and can also be pumped out.
At first I didn’t understand it yesterday; it took a few views before I realized it was a container divided into upper and lower parts, with mixing taking place at the top and storage/buffering at the bottom
Are the vent openings in the upper and lower sections connected directly to the atmosphere without valves?
