I asked someone who sells chemicals (found on Taobao), and the seller said it’s 10% based on the active ingredient Al2O3. The difference between these two is too large; so let’s take a look at what configuration people actually use. Is there a solution for the other 30% of PAC? Can a turbid liquid from a regular PAC be measured using a magnetic flap level gauge? Will it get clogged?

The concentration for on-site use should be within a certain range, as different solutions have varying requirements regarding concentration. So, basically, there’s no need for too much precision.
