Approaches to safety and environmental protection management: Chemical production is characterized by flammability, explosiveness, toxicity, strong corrosivity, operations under high temperature and pressure, and complex production processes. In accordance with relevant requirements such as the \"Standards for Safe Production in Chemical Enterprises\" and the actual conditions of the company, the existing safety production management regulations shall be supplemented and improved to establish a comprehensive and practical set of safety production management rules and regulations. These regulations will be used to regulate employees’ behavior, ensuring that the company is managed in accordance with the law and that employees have clear guidelines and laws to follow in their daily work. 3. Training and education: New employees of the company receive safety training at three levels – the company level, the workshop level, and the team level. They may only start working after passing the relevant assessments. For those who have been transferred within the company or have been away from their positions for one year or more, safety training at the workshop or team level is required; only after passing the assessment can they return to work. Format and content of the inspection: A comprehensive inspection that primarily focuses on process discipline, equipment safety, site management, environmental protection, fire safety, etc. Professional inspections focus on special equipment, electrical installations, mechanical equipment, safety facilities, fire and explosion prevention, etc. Seasonal inspections involve conducting preventive checks on fire and explosion prevention, rain and flood protection, lightning protection, heat relief, wind protection, as well as freezing and cold protection, in accordance with the characteristics of each season. Daily inspections include routine checks carried out by teams within the workshops, as well as inspections conducted by management personnel. These inspections focus on aspects such as manufacturing processes, equipment safety, on-site management, environmental protection, and fire safety. This not only lowers production costs but also helps to reduce the generation of waste materials at the source. Equipment management: Strengthen the maintenance of production equipment and environmental protection facilities to ensure high operational rates for production equipment, good condition of these devices, and effective performance of environmental protection facilities, thereby preventing any leaks or losses. Technical management: It is necessary to establish proper rules for the production process flow as well as safety operating procedures. These procedures include the following: 1. Workshop operators should be familiar with safety information related to chemical processes and equipment, and they must conduct risk analyses of the production processes. 2. Ensure the safe and reliable operation of pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, pressure relief and evacuation systems, monitoring and alarm systems, etc. 3. Develop start-up and shutdown plans for the production units, so that operators can carry out their tasks in accordance with these plans and operating procedures. Strict monitoring is carried out on key equipment and critical areas, which involves formulating safety management systems and emergency response plans for such equipment and areas, as well as implementing a safety management mechanism in which corporate managers are assigned specific responsibilities for oversight.
