The company plans to address the noise issue in the air compressor facility. Do any of you have any good suggestions for reducing noise there, or can you recommend manufacturers that specialize in such modifications? Thank you!
The conventional approach is to use soundproof enclosures for air compressors, but the fundamental solution is to ensure proper maintenance of the compressors. As for the noise caused by airflow, silencers should be installed at the exhaust point.
Is the noise being monitored? What is the current decibel level? For the unit’s pipelines and vents, silencers are installed where necessary; the unit itself also helps to reduce noise emission to a certain extent through the use of insulation material and protective enclosures.
Add soundproof enclosures and vent silencers, and everything will be fine!
Install silencers at the exhaust outlets, and build soundproof walls around the unit.
