Treatment for moderators and technicians 1. Moderators and technicians have the opportunity to receive forum souvenirs directly ； 2. A successful referral refers to the act of recommending a candidate after the regional office posts a recruitment plan, and actively following up to help the regional office successfully complete the recruitment process. III. Recruitment Requirements 1. The following requirements apply only under normal circumstances ； Those who have served as moderators/technical staff on HaiChuan or other forums, and those invited by the current moderators/technical staff of this region, may be granted special approval depending on the circumstances, and are not required to meet the following requirements. 2. Must be at the level of “Grade 3 at HaiChuan Primary School” or above ； 3. Cumulative online time of over 80 hours ； 4. Without requesting leave, after taking up the position, moderators must ensure 40 hours of online time per month, while technicians must ensure 20 hours of online time per month, in order to be available online consistently and regularly ； 5. Moderators must receive a rating of ‘good’ or higher for two consecutive months before they can be promoted to full members. Technicians must meet the requirements set by the technical team (usually by posting 200 posts) before they can apply to be promoted to engineers ； 6. The role of a moderator focuses on management; no specific professional knowledge is required, but dedication is essential, along with a love for HaiChuan and a willingness to contribute to it ； 7. The technical team is an honorary group; it is not necessary to possess extremely high levels of technical expertise to join it – any technician who is active and willing to help can become part of it ； 8. Other moderators/real* moderators/technical team members from inappropriate sections are welcome to apply; by contributing to Haichuan, you can also improve yourself! 9.
