Can pipe fittings such as elbows and tees be reused?
Very rarely; usually, at most it’s just a flange.
Is Faneng Lanli old? Are elbows and tees of types such as DN250 and DN200 rarely reused?
It can be tested using methods such as mechanical properties and non-destructive testing. It can be used as long as it meets the requirements.
Pressure pipelines are not allowed; the components of pressure pipelines must have a manufacturing license, a TS code, and raw material certificates. They can be used for non-pressure pipelines
Can a license for the manufacture of pressure pipeline components be issued? Material certificate? This is what the special inspection agency needs to verify
Generally, few items that are practical are recycled; flanges are reused only when they meet the standards
The plants that are already in use can be replaced; what’s most important is to have confidence, as safety comes first. The inspection authorities don’t conduct that thorough of an examination. There are many matters that the plant needs to handle, and those also have to be dealt with by the plant itself.
It is possible to use the high grade for low-grade applications; I use it with non-hazardous media!
