What spare parts should be kept for piston compressors?

Newcomer’s question*: I would like to ask everyone what spare parts are needed to get a piston compressor (for hydrogen) up and running in its first year of use Number of spare parts? Thank you all! ! ! !
This post was last edited by 654262293 on 2016-3-16 08:00. Piston engine parts include pistons, piston rings, connecting rods, crankshafts, main bearing shells, big-end bearings, small-end bearings, cylinder liners, valve assemblies, etc.
Machines should have their piston ring supports, gaskets, and valve components replaced after one year. For machines that are three years old, the cylinders, piston rods, crossheads, and crosshead slides should be replaced; however, the crankshaft main bearings do not need to be changed. There are two sets each of piston ring support rings, 2 sets of packing, 2 sets of oil scrapers, 1 set of piston rods, 1 set of pistons, 1 set each of big end bearings, small end bearings, crosshead pins, and main shaft bearings; 1 crosshead, 2 sets of air valves, 2 sets of gaskets for each stage, 1 set of set screws and bolts. In short, aside from the pistons and some fixed components, almost everything else requires spare parts
